The Baltimore Brigade announced today that wide receiver
Brandon Thompkins and linebacker
Joe Goosby are both out indefinitely due to injuries.
Thompkins was examined after collapsing during Saturday night’s game at Atlantic City. An MRI revealed a tear in the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. The eight-year veteran leads the Arena Football League in kickoff return yards with 249 and the Brigade in receptions with 25.
Goosby, an eight-year veteran, suffered a neck injury during Saturday night’s game. This is Goosby’s first season with the Brigade and he has started in every game. Goosby ranks third on the team in total tackles with 18.5 and has recorded 15 solo tackles and one forced fumble this season.
Further updates on Thompkins and Goosby will be provided when appropriate.
